WELCOME TO OUR SITE

Our Society was formed in March 2008, and has grown steadily since then. We meet weekly in the church hall, All Saints Church,

Sherburn in Elmet on Thursday evenings, from 7-30pm until 9-30pm. A summer recess is taken in June and July.

 

The main aim of the society is to provide a friendly and informal meeting

place for local artists to practice and improve their artistic capabilities.

Also to encourage public interest by holding exhibitions throughout the

Year.

 

We welcome people of all abilities, beginners, amateur, and professional

members who would enjoy and actively involve themselves in our activities,

which include short DVD tutorials, demonstrations, workshops and

Exhibitions.

 

Exhibitions are held annually in Sherburn in Elmet during November, and South Milford during May, both of which are well supported by the local community.
